We used B-R about seven years ago to install a beautiful patio lattice cover and a solid roof balcony cover. We have enjoyed both tremendously and have never experienced one single problem. I can't say the same for other structures in my neighborhood not installed by B-R. I wrote a testimonial back then and now have an update. We live by a lake and decided our big project for this year was to expand our balcony and move the lattice patio cover from down to up since that area would be replaced by the new decking. Randall came over and met with us and we mapped everything out. Through some ongoing decisions and some changes, Randall continued to take my calls! In all seriousness what Randall tried to describe that we needed to do where the lattice was moved from was nothing and he was correct. The new metal poles for the balcony were tall and covering them with Randall's metal material just made no sense. Anyway through a lot of phone calls, (By me with questions!), and to set up scheduling, everything went perfect. The lattice we moved up is now an extension of the solid patio cover and it looks great. Plus the lake-views are better now since we have more area to use for entertaining and watching sunsets. I give B-R and A+. Randall and his sons do amazing work, they do it on time and they complete it on time. You just can't ask for any more than that.

Judy and I are really enjoying the arbor that you built for us. Even in these 100 degree days, the structure gives us good shade, and the pattern of the shade is constantly changing due to the way that the 2” x 2” square tubes are laid out.

I don’t think that we could be more pleased with everything --- the quality of the workmanship, the overall appearance of the arbor, as well as the total backyard makeover that we are enjoying!

Just wanted to say thanks for a job well done! In this day and age, professional service and customer service are often an "afterthought." That is not the case with B+R. All of the work was well thought out and well planned and implemented. From the drawings to the coordination to the install itself all top drawer. I am a National Service Account Manager and have been most of my adult life. I know great service when I "experience" it. This was a great experience. Hi Randall, 

I wanted to send an email and thank you for coming out yesterday to reinstall those caps that had been knocked off by that big hail storm. That hail was almost as large as a tennis ball and it didn't damage the patio cover although it did do significant damage to my roof, vent covers, and ventilation covers. I think that is a testimony to the durability of your product. Also, I think it is important to mention the excellent service that you provide. It had been over a year since this cover had been installed and you responded within a few days of my call to replace the caps at no charge. Lastly, I want to comment on the cover itself. As you recall the rear of our house faces west and the sun was a real killer until the patio cover was installed. My family and I have certainly enjoyed the back last summer after the installation. We feel that it has been a worthwhile investment and only wished that we had had it done sooner.

At 11:00 A.M. this morning a gentleman from South Arlington stopped at my house to advise me he was admiring the Patio cover that B & R installed early this year, he also stated that he had taken a picture of it from the street, he asked if I minded that he did that, I said of course not. I gave him your name and phone number immediately and asked he and his wife to come in and take a closer look at the patio cover, they were very impressed and advised me he would be contacting you for a meeting. Unfortunately, I didn't get their name and number, but I did inform them of how pleased we were with your professionalism and quality of your work, which was no exaggeration.

My family was fortunate enough to get a patio cover by brinstallions years ago and are still telling everyone that it is the best money we have ever spent. I did have one long-shot question though.

At the time we purchased it, the salesman mentioned that a certain type of clip could be used to allow hanging plants to dangle from the cover without damaging it. I know it has been a number of years but my hope is that you might be able to tell me what kind of bracket\clip\etc I could use to hang plants from our porch.

Whether or not you are able to answer the above question, I would like to say thank you again for your wonderful workmanship. The porch still looks as good as new and every time my daughter is playing outside on a rainy day, I get a renewed sense of satisfaction for our purchase.
